The second phase Eye Catcher Incubation 21/22 was divided into 2 parts as Mentorship Programme and Pitching Workshops. The 12 shortlisted projects were matched with 9 mentors. Throughout 3 mentorship meetings, mentees would gradually learn to uphold the spirit of self-producing, to run their own diversified movie business. Besides one-on-one guidance, a series of workshops on pitching technique, case studies, funding, film festival run and mock pitch were also arranged in providing professional advice and knowledge for mentees to better equip themselves. 第二階段的廠牌計劃分為導師計劃及一系列的提案工作坊兩個部分，入圍的12個影像項目與9位導師配對。透過3次面談，一步步完善項目，實現廠牌自主管理，善用業界資源達到多元營運。除了單對單的會面，工作坊亦從提案技巧、個案分析、融資、參展及模擬練習等方面，為學員提供專業建議和知識，協助他們累積經驗。立即回顧三場工作坊的內容！
