KWONG is the Programme Director of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, former Director of ifva (2004-2014), and a film producer. Feature films she produced include Addicted to Love (dir. LIU Hao, 2010), Big Blue Lake, Flowing Stories (dir. TSANG Tsui Shan, 2011 & 2014), Dot to Dot, Kidnapping Kid (dir. WONG Ho Yin, 2014 & 2018) and Suk Suk (dir. Raymond Yeung, 2019). The film Suk Suk was selected to compete in the Panorama section at the 70th Berlin International Film Festival.

香港藝術中心節目總監、前ifva總監（2004-2014），也是電影監製，她監製的長片有《老那》（導演︰劉浩，2010）、《大藍湖》及《河上變村》（導演︰曾翠珊，2011 及 2014）、《點對點》及《逆向誘拐》（導演︰黃浩然，2014 及 2018）以及《叔．叔》（導演︰楊曜愷，2019）。《叔．叔》入選柏林影展的「面面觀」單元。
