HO graduated from The School of Film and Television at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a major in Cinematography. He was the executive producer of the Radio Television Hong Kong drama series Find Me Guilty.
In 2022, HO made his debut as a co-cinematographer on the feature film Fly Me To The Moon. His previous cinematographic works won the ifva Awards Gold Award and were nominated for the Golden Horse Best Short Feature. His directorial debut Eternal Sunshine won the Fresh Wave Best Director Award.
香港演藝學院畢業，主修電影攝影。曾任香港電台劇集《無惡之罪》執行監製。《但願人長久》為他首部電影攝影作品。其他短片攝影作品曾獲ifva金獎，並入圍金馬最佳劇情短片。其導演首作《光》獲鮮浪潮最佳導演。
