Body Movement x Visual Workshop

The Body Movement x Visual Workshop was divided into 2 parts. Participants watched and discussed body movement related experimental videos (dance or interdisciplinary) first. Then, each group picked three keywords and used them to create a visual work which would be filmed and edited in the camp within the day. Through interaction and communications, we hope to break all the rules and regulations on participants’ creation, to let our body open up to new thoughts and experience. Participants were encouraged to let their imaginations run wild as the group created their own interpretation of ‘body-based artistic expression’.

形體 x 影像⼯作坊以兩部分組成：學員先觀賞和討論⼀些有關形體影像（舞蹈或跨界合作）在實驗室裡的創作影⽚。然後每組抽取3個關鍵詞，以此進行拍攝練習及影像創作，限時一天內在營地完成拍攝、剪輯。透過⼩組互動、交流的⽅式，打破⼀些創作的常規與束縛，開放⾝體的感官與直覺，為不同的影像⼯作者，帶來新的思維和體驗。啟發⼤家對於以「⾝體為主的藝術表達」有更深入的體驗與了解，並在他們影像創作中反饋，釋放想像，重新發現更多意想不到的「驚」訝和「喜」悅，激發舞蹈和電影跨界的可能性。
